    Oliver Lindsay builds resilient, high-performing supply chains that balance strategy, service, and execution. With over 15 years of experience leading global logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations, he has guided ERP, WMS, and TMS transformations, managed freight networks exceeding $400M, and delivered measurable gains in cost, service, and sustainability.

    He’s held senior leadership roles with The Hershey Company, Reckitt, and PepsiCo, earning a reputation for driving innovation and operational excellence across complex, global networks. Oliver’s approach combines executive-level strategy with an operator’s practicality—grounded in results, collaboration, and trust.

    A graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, Oliver holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he and his wife enjoy exploring new destinations with their two young children—often choosing nature-based adventures that blend learning, balance, and family connection.

    Bryan Taylor turns complex warehouse challenges into streamlined, scalable operations. With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale WMS implementations and distribution network transformations, he’s helped organizations modernize their operations and deliver measurable results.

    He’s built and launched multiple operational startups, managed over five million square feet of warehousing, and led recovery efforts following major disruptions, including tornadoes and cyberattacks. Known for his calm leadership and systems-level thinking, Bryan blends strategic insight with hands-on execution.

    A graduate of Michigan State University, Bryan began his career in marketing and advertising before transitioning to supply chain management with Reckitt. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he brings creativity, operational discipline, and a people-first mindset to every engagement.

  • Eva Gouin-Davis transforms operational complexity into clarity and control. Based in Denver, she brings cross-functional experience spanning manufacturing, inventory management, and global logistics—building systems that scale and teams that thrive.

    She’s managed international import/export operations, tariff compliance, and end-to-end supply chain optimization for small manufacturing environments, while designing internal processes that enhance accuracy, visibility, and efficiency. A former Starbucks inventory lead and veterinary practice manager, Eva brings a rare blend of operational precision, customer empathy, and business acumen to every engagement.
